Best Yoga Poses For Attractive Body

If you are looking for an even more attractive and graceful body, then there is nothing best than a regular yoga. A certified yoga instructor and personal trainer Kristin McGee Says that “there’s no better way to get it than through a yoga routine,” McGee Says that “This series not only works your entire body, front and back, from toes to fingertips, but it includes twisting, balancing and strengthening. You will get grounded, sculpt and build confidence.”
Repeat the routine 3 to 5 times a day it will take about 20 to 30 minutes at least three weeks to one month. As you master the poses, you will begin to observe some amazing changes in your body.

Awkward Chair:
Stand with your feet together and abs contracted. Breathe out as push your hips back to squat down as, if sitting in the chair; meanwhile, lift your arms by your ear. Arms must be shoulder-width with palms facing and fingers pointing toward the upper limit. Hold for eight breaths

Downward Dog:
Lower your hands to the rug on either side of your front foot and step your right foot back so it is still on your left. Straighten your legs and push your hands and feet when you lift your hips toward the upper limit. Move shoulders away from your ears and draw your front ribs into each other. Hold for 5 to 6 breaths.

Lower your hips coming onto your toes and moving your trunk further until your shoulders are directly over your hand. Your abs should be feeling tight, with your body in a straight line from head to heels. Hold this pose for five breaths.

Low Plank:
Keeping body in line, breathe in and bend your elbows to 90 degrees to lower yourself to the floor. Hold this pose for one breath.
